Varun Dhawan on his insta Stories shared Malaika Arora’s breathing exercises that helped him while he was recovering from COVID-19
Actor Varun Dhawan had tested positive for COVID-19 in December 2021, while he was shooting for Jug Jugg Jeeyo in Chandigarh. He isolated himself and then sprung back in action soon. While following strict isolation was one of the safety measures, he also credits actress Malaika Arora for his recovery. The actor shared on his INSTA Stories that he followed breathing exercises suggested by Malaika, and it helped him while he was recuperating from COVID-19.
The Coolie No. 1 actor also shared the link to Malaika Arora’s video where she and many people who have practised the breathing exercises benefited from it. Varun sharing this video on his INSTA Stories wrote, “These are the same breathing exercises I also used when I had covid very helpful” Malaika Arora right from the beginning of this dreadful pandemic, has been guiding people via her fitness app to remain fit in this pandemic.

Malaika Arora too was tested positive for COVID-19 in September 2020, back then she had posted a picture on her Instagram account of her son and her pet dog looking at her from the next balcony as she was quarantined.
